During the course of the workshops, which will end on December 18, the eight participating schools address a teaching unit on healthy eating, with the goal of eating habits, derived from the knowledge of the human body and its possibilities and limitations.

The workshops, which is open from 9:00 to 11.00 hours, are intended for students in grades 4 and Primary 5 and will be taught by six instructors responsible for conducting working sessions under the following:

1.

Improve nutrition habits of knowledge derived from food.

2.

Develop balanced menus, using magazine clippings.

3.

Search and collection of news related to healthy habits.
