Title III of the Act is devoted solely to the elimination of gender violence.

Among the measures that exposes highlight:

Awareness and prevention measures against gender violence.

Comprehensive assistance measures and protection to victims of domestic violence: urgent care devices, foster homes, supervised apartments, specialty care centers.

Measures of access to housing.
