Four people have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of crimes against public health, one of them falling on a warrant, carried fake documents to avoid being located.

Murcia Civil Guard has dismantled a new point of production, sale, distribution and retail of drugs in the town of Aguilas.

In law enforcement, so far four people have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of crime AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, one of them also usurpation of civil status, DOCUMENTARY AND RECEIVING FORGERY and has arrested a large number of doses of heroin, cocaine , hashish and marijuana that was bound for distribution to ordinary consumers also recovering from effects of various robberies committed in the locality.

The proceedings began earlier this week when officers learned of the production, sale and distribution of drugs in the town of Aguilas.

The result of the investigations, the Civil Guard officers found that it had established a new retail distribution point and set up surveillance and monitoring devices in order to meet fully the structure and organization of this criminal group to disband it.

After obtaining all necessary evidence, the past was carried out to dismantle the point of production, sale, distribution and retail drug use in a home located in Aguilas whose owner, to avoid being detected by the investigating agents, used false documents posing as several people hiding their criminal records, and who had a warrant in force by a court in Barcelona.

It has been practiced, prior judicial authorization, a log entry and also recovering abundant material, more than thirty objects stolen from homes and shops in the area.

The total balance of this operation against drug trafficking is as follows:

DETAINEES

- Three people arrested as alleged perpetrators of CRIME AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, identified as, FLRM, ASV, AMSE, Spanish 49, 37, 40 and MDMF, Spanish 44 years of age as alleged perpetrators of crimes AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, receiving, FAKE DOCUMENTARY AND CIVIL STATE USUSRPACIÓN.

NARCOTIC SUBSTANCE INVOLVED:

1,260 doses of cocaine.

2,177 doses of heroin.

234 doses of marijuana.

46 doses of hashish.

INTEVENIDO MATERIAL:

- A precision balance

- All the necessary elements for adulteration and prepared doses of heroin and cocaine, such as plastic and wire.

- More than thirty stolen items such as jewelry, watches, tools, audio and video equipment, recording, playback and mobile phones among others.

Those arrested and drugs seized have been made available to the Court of Instruction Number Three of Lorca, which has exercised the judicial management of the operation.

This operation has eliminated a distribution point for drug dealing in the town of Eagle and thus avoided the harmful consumption among the population and numerous effects have been recovered from theft at the site.

The operation is still open, so do not rule out further arrests occur.
