The city of Eagle, through the Department of Youth, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia and within the program "Young Eagles" course "Fundraising for Associations."
This course, 30 hours, is aimed at members of the management teams of associations and organizations providing services to the community as well as monitors, free time directors and animators.
The specific objectives of it are:
Promoting and fostering the associations.
Promote participatory management within organizations.
Systematize and develop the organizational elements in the partnerships.
Provide the tools needed to improve programs.
Implement strategies for the management of programs and services.
Know and develop programs in the field of social participation and information.
Facilitate the exchange of experiences.
In terms of content, include some of the points which includes the agenda, including:
Management Basics.
Group management.
Human Resources Management.
Financial Management.
Management Resources.
Marketing.
Program Management:
Strategic Planning: The Strategic Plans.
Operational Planning: Development and Evaluation of Programs and Actions.
Memories.
Appeal of the Administrations.
This program will be held at the Casa de la Juventud "Capri", on, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and May 20 with the following schedule.
Friday: 18.00 to 21.00 hours.
Saturday: 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 16'00 to 20'00 hours.
Sunday: 9.30 to 13.30.
The course will be given by the School of Animation and Education at the Institute of Leisure Entertainment and Leisure Studies.
The number of places is limited and free participation fee.
