Eagle City Council, through the Department of Welfare and Equality, in collaboration with the Department of Education, today launched an Awareness Campaign and Prevention at the Centers for Primary Education, Gender Violence.
Through theatrical performances of the play "Clotilde and Faustino", will try to create a space for reflection about the relationship between women and men, through characters suited to children.
The work is structured from the consideration that the relations between women and men are based on the concept of a stereotyped model of being a man or woman in our society, manifested in the inequality between them in all areas of life, and having their maximum expression in some men exercise violence towards women, but with the conviction that relations model is capable of modification was equality and respect.
The performances will take place at 10:00 hours, with the following schedule:
November 12: Students of 6 Course of Education "M ª Inmaculada", "Urci" and "Mediterranean" in the hall of the María Inmaculada.
November 13: Students of 6 Course of Education "Las Lomas", "The Rubial" and "Virgen de los Dolores" in the Assembly Hall of Las Lomas.
November 18: Students at the College 6th Course "Ramón y Cajal" in its center.
November 19: Students at the College 6th Course "San Juan de las Aguilas" in its center.
November 20: Students at the College 6th Course "Joaquín Shopkeeper" in its center.
