PSOE: "The PP defends" "election" rigging (29/09/2014)

In another aspect, Moreno declared himself disappointed by the refusal of PP to support its proposal requesting a reduction in tuition fees and the General Budget of the State to expand the game that is intended to be contemplated scholarships.

From their point of view, "the austerity of PP in education imposed more fees and fewer scholarships does not guarantee the effective equality of opportunities in post compulsory education, as has been demonstrated with the abandonment of thousands of college because they can not cope expenditure ".
