The Civil Guard detained the suspected of multiple robberies in homes and vehicles (12/09/2014)

So far 13 cases have been clarified crimes related to burglary and vehicle

Civil Guard have seized part of the stolen effects and tools allegedly used to commit robberies

The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, under the 'Plan against burglary', has developed the so-called 'operation Rizao', an investigation that has culminated in the arrest of a person suspected of criminal acts committed 13 Homes and vehicles in the town of Eagle.

When stopped for a 51 year old male resident of the town, is attributed, so far, the alleged authorship of seven counts of burglary in housing, five counts of vehicle burglary and one count of theft.

The investigation began in the month of February, when the Civil Guard was informed of committing numerous robberies in the same building of the town of Aguilas.

The Meritorious conducted collecting evidence and testimony relating to the matter under investigation, such as obtaining fingerprint properties and related vehicles, some of which were positive.

The information obtained led researchers to suspect that behind these facts one person, a resident of the town and with a long history of criminal acts was similar characteristics.

Collaboration with Local Police

The Civil Guard, in cooperation with the local police Eagles began the work of locating the suspect, who was identified on several occasions carrying objects of dubious origin.

As a result of the investigation it has been shown that the objects carrying the now detained were from vehicles and burglary, and that the commission of these robberies employing various tools that you also have been bugged.

Research has determined that this is an experienced criminal who, forcing doors or windows of houses and cars with rudimentary tools, mainly made with small appliances, radio-cd's other electronic materials.

The transaction was settled, with the clarification, so far, 13 criminal acts related to the burglary and vehicles in the vicinity of the town of Eagle and the recovery of numerous electronic material that has been given to their rightful owners.

The suspect, seized effects and the proceedings have been brought before the Magistrate's Court No. 4 of Lorca (Murcia), who has ordered his remand in prison.
