Coinciding with World Nutrition Day, the Department of Health of the City of Eagle held last night at the House of Culture "Francisco Rabal," the awards ceremony for the contest I Healthy Recipes, organized by the Consistory aquiline this area in collaboration with commercial firms: Santiveri, Eroski hypermarket + Broccoli and Association.
The jury of ten people from different areas of society, had the difficult task of choosing the three best recipes, including gastronomic forty participants did arrive from different points of the Spanish geography.

Along with these recipes, highlight other based on the excellence of traditional foods, such as fish or noodles with spinach stew with cod.
Among all combined, the jury saw fit to distinguish the following:
First prize: Octopus Pepa, Josefa Ruiz Escarabajal, consisting of a shopping healthy products provided by Eroski Hypermarket.
Second prize: noodles with fish, Pepita Albarejo Guillén, consisting of 24 kilos of organic products donated by the Association + Broccoli.
Third prize: Chicken in cider, Maria Heredia Heredia, who received a lot of healthy products of the firm Santiveri Dietetics and Nutrition.
After the awards ceremony, the Department of Health several gifts raffled among the participants, while the owner, Ana María Miñarro, said his department will prepare a recipe that will pick the most relevant proposals in this first edition of the Healthy Recipe Contest.
