The Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), through the Association of Environmental and Consumer Education (ADEAC) in Spain, today released the list of beaches and marinas have been awarded the "Blue Flag 2014".

According to the councilor and Cleaning Environment Consistory aquiline, Isidro Carrasco, the town has earned a total of eight awards, three more than last year, which will fly in different beaches of the municipality, as well as the two marinas city ​​and the new Interpretive Center Sea-Aquarium Eagles.

The beaches in this edition remain the cherished prize are the "Calarreona", "Las Delicias" and "The Colony", which had joined those of "Levante" and "West", recovering two badges to the coast aquiline.

Carrasco has highlighted the good work done by the municipal officers and the heads of the winning clubs "which has allowed us to win new Blue Flag for the locality, being aware that these certifications environmental quality are a recognized symbol and valued by millions users around the world. "

Finally, the mayor said the City of Eagle will continue to work for new recognitions, while recalled that several city beaches have valued other markings such as flags "Ecoplaya" and "Q for Quality", which show excellence.
