The mayor of the City of Eagle woman, María Martínez Sponsorship, reported this morning that his council is organizing a free course on basic skills for customer service, which will be held on 12, 19 and 26 May and 2 June.
It will be taught by a graduate in Tourism, Myriam Asensi, from 11:30 to 12:30, with the following contents: types of clientele, written and oral care, nonverbal communication, empathy and loyalty.
Sponsorship María Martínez made a call for participation, since, according to the council, these classes will give participants the opportunity to acquire some notions that they can be very useful in performing the work to the public.
Interested can register until 11 am next Monday, May 12, at the Municipal Center for Women, located in the Immaculate, 25 street and through telephone number 968 446 633.
