The Eagles recorded unemployment in the biggest drop in a month from April 2006 (06/05/2014)

As every first of the month, the local development council, Industry, Trade and Employment aquiline Consistory, Bartolomé Carlos Buitrago, has released the unemployment data related to Eagles, who have been released by the Employment and Training Service Region of Murcia (SEF).

As reported by the mayor, the number of unemployed in the town has been reduced by 29 persons during April, which is the largest drop of unemployed in this month since 2006.

In addition to obtaining the best figure in April the last eight years, in regard to annual rates, the resort has 274 fewer unemployed than a year ago, a decline of 8.45%, which shows that the trend of job creation is consolidating gradually, although much remains to be done, has clarified Carlos Bartolomé.

Similarly, last month 1,814 new contracts, 629 more than in the same period last year were created, which is an increase of 53% compared to April 2013.

Finally, Councilman Jobs stated that "data are positive, showing that going in the right direction and that government reforms are bearing fruit, although the road to recovery is long and we must continue working to end the scourge of unemployment that still affects many families. "
