The PP opposed the development of a plan for economic revitalization to the Shire Guadalentin (04/04/2014)

The deputy of the Socialist Group, M ª Carmen Moreno has defended a motion in the Committee of Finance requesting the development of an Economic Revitalization Plan for the Shire Guadalentin.

The Popular Party has rejected the motion.

At a press conference, Moreno explained that in these difficult times it is more necessary than ever that the municipalities of the county work in collaboration with the regional government, "with an overview because they deserve to be at the forefront of gambling Government Murcia diversification. "

The deputy said that so far the government has opted for regional investments in the Murcia-Cartagena strategic focus, forgetting the Shire Guadalentin, "which meant that a strong regional imbalance and an apparent injury to Shire believes that."

The Shire Guadalentin is formed by the municipalities of Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras, Águilas, Mazarrón, Aledo, Librilla and Alhama.
