The City of Eagle, through the Department of Celebrations, reports that this coming Friday, July 12th, starting at 17.00 pm in the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia, hosting a conference on "Tourism Policy and local festivals in the region of Murcia. "

It is organized by the School of Political Science and Sociology of the Region of Murcia, with the collaboration of the municipalities of Aguilas, Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras and Caravaca de la Cruz and Cajamurcia entity.

The purpose of this conference is to bring together the main policies of festivities that undertake various municipalities of the Region of Murcia, and the way they articulate citizen participation in the planning and configuration of the various events.

The local festivals are an important part in the activity of the municipalities, being events connected with the traditions and local culture, as well as involving cultural groups from each population.

The program will involve the council of Celebration of Eagles, Lorca and Caravaca de la Cruz, Clara Valverde, Sandra Martinez and Jose Francisco Garcia.

The director of the Institute of Tourism of the Autonomous Community, Enrique Ujaldón and representatives Eagles Carnival, Easter Lorca and the festival in honor of the Blessed and Vera Cruz de Caravaca de la Cruz, José Alonso, David Torres and Alfonso Morenilla.
