The Community makes Eagles 'entrepreneurial village' with the development of 53 measures to create business (27/06/2013)

It is a pioneering initiative of the Ministry of Universities, through the info, which have joined 11 municipalities in the Region

The Minister of Universities, Business and Research, José Ballesta, signed a collaboration agreement with the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, distinguishes this locality as 'entrepreneurial village', which involves developing 53 measures covering the whole itinerary should follow the developer of a project to start a company.

To Ballesta, "promoting the venture will be in the path of achieving economic growth and, thus, also create jobs."

The signature of 'entrepreneurial village' includes actions to awaken the entrepreneurial vocation at an early age, and to update the perception that society has of the entrepreneur.

It also identifies the municipality employment niches and is expected to attract potential entrepreneurs, there are measures of tax incentives at the municipal level, although one of the main axes of the agreement is to streamline and simplify procedures for activities that are ongoing and for those that are being designed.

The Minister explained that the agreement "signed with Eagles today is to formalize the experience of this municipality in entrepreneurship. Eagles are doing what society we are claiming, administrative streamlining and implementation of fiscal measures and financial support. "

The aim of this agreement is, according Ballesta, both administrations "to join the formalities of creating a company to resolve in one place and at one time".

In this regard, he noted that the work of government is not to hinder, because, he said, "not only have to put the necessary resources in the financial sense, infrastructure or opportunities, but also provide all the management."

The signing of 'entrepreneurial village' with the municipalities in the region represents a performance that the regional government, through the Instituto de Fomento (Info), performs a pioneer in Spain.

The Minister stressed that these agreements are an example of cooperation between local and regional government.

Eagles, eleventh township entrepreneur

Eagles is the eleventh city to receive this recognition, after Alhama de Murcia, Cehegín, Molina de Segura, Yecla, Totana and Cartagena, Cieza, Murcia, Lorquí and Puerto Lumbreras.

The Minister encouraged all municipalities to start entering this initiative which promotes the structuring of local measures that contribute to the creation of new enterprises, the reduction or elimination of red tape by promoting e-government, the Industrial land development and the implementation of incentives and bonuses at local rates encourage business creation and consolidation of existing ones.

Another object of this agreement promoting and strengthening the infrastructure themselves or others that may harbor early stage activities on favorable terms.

Also, both administrations cooperate in the valuation of existing enterprise infrastructures and development activities to support the business and potential entrepreneurs through various instruments and integration into the Red Point SMEs.
