The City of Eagle presents a diverse lineup of events for the summer (20/06/2013)

This morning it stood at the Eagles Hall on "Summer Holiday Program 2013" a full and varied lineup of acts, for all audiences, who will start on Sunday, June 23 (Midsummer), on the beach of Delights, with a free concert Celtic group.

In the press conference, the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, and the mayor of Celebration, Clara Valverde, detailing the core agenda of events will run from July 6 to August 25, with daily activities to be carried out, mainly in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijo.

During their speeches, thanked the Valverde Hernandez and involvement of the many local groups that have helped enrich the summer program, combining tradition and modernity in this leisure guide, which will be starting next week at the disposal of citizens, format triptych, in the Office of Tourism Eagles.

On July 6, the comedians Leo Harlem and Mr. Corrales opened the thickness of a summer lineup that will bring together other notable performances: the musical is called South Channel Ballad (July 13), the monologues of Santi Rodriguez (July 18 ), Lagarto Amarillo and Fallen from Heaven (July 19), Manu Tenorio (July 27 at the gala-election Queen of the Festival), Mediterranean Pop & Rock Festival (August 2), Supersubmarina (August 3), II Festival Garrapatero (August 6), Manolo Escobar Vargas and Natalia Carlos Mellado (August 8), Mary Wells (August 17), thousand and one dreams "The Musical" (August 18) and Malu (August 23).

How could it be otherwise, the child will also be ample supply: Cinderella (July 11), Pinocchio (July 17), the Drilo Gang Show (July 30), The Tin Soldier (August 12 ), Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp (August 21).

As is tradition, the Carnival will have a privileged place within the festival program.

On August 9, in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijo, Election of 2014 Characters and a day later, on August 10, V Sample Eagles Carnival clubs involving individual and floats.

The craft markets also have their place in the festive calendar: Market Sailor (from 4 to 7 July in Playa La Colonia), Medieval Market (from 26 to 28 July in Águilas), Roman Market (1 to August 4, at the Esplanade Auditorium), Columbine Craft Market (9 to August 11, at the Plaza de Alfonso Escámez), II, Medieval Market (22 to August 25, on the beach of La Colonia).

Here are just some of the events taking place in Eagles, during the months of July and August, as the entire program meets other traditional events such as: fireworks firework displays, the greasy pole and paddle boats regatta, cotillions, Concert Band Musical Patronage Columbine or meeting gangs, with prominent new features like the Esparto Day celebration (August 7), which will include various activities, as well as cultural events to be held in the Auditorium and Congress "Infanta Elena".

Tickets to attend any of the shows announced are now available at: Bar Sol y Mar, Almeida Travel, Café The Moon, But What Party, Pub Calderon, El Corte Ingles and Ticketmaster, among other distribution points.
