On Sunday closed the exhibition "The Civil Guard Eagles: uniformity, photographs and documents 1931-2013", which has remained in the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Infanta Elena" since last May 3.
More than a thousand people have watched this show in which exhibited a series of headwear, uniforms, badges, documents etc.., Both military and police bodies, especially the civil guard, since the second half of the twentieth century to this day.
One of the last visits was led, last weekend, several members of the delegation Murcia of Victims of Terrorism Association (AVT), which were received by the Councillor for Culture, Francisco Miguel Martínez, and the curator of the exposure, the civil guard Jesualdo Moreno.
The exhibition has been divided into two parts, one devoted to units based in the town (Safety, Tax Specialists, SEPRONA, Marine Section, etc..) And another aimed at those who, even without basis in the barracks, performed daily or occasional service in the territorial demarcation of Eagles (Traffic Division, Maritime or dog expert service and Rural Safety Association).
The sample also included a separate section of headgear civil guard, from different periods, representing the vast majority of specialties and services.
Their number has revolved around the 60 pieces, including helmets and textiles, along with miscellaneous (distinctive uniform items, curios etc.) And 30 exclusive photographs of this body in Águilas.
