The works of regional roads D-14 and D-20 Eagles will be completed in December (28/11/2012)

The Director of Roads Mayor today reported progress in the refurbishment of roads giving access to Calabardina and coastal development from the AP-7 motorway.

The Director of Roads, José Guijarro, said today that the works of pavement strengthening of regional roads D-14 and D-20, which run through the town of Eagle, will be completed next December.

These statements were made after the meeting that the regional manager had with the mayor of Eagles, Bartolome Hernandez and Councilman Goods and Municipal Works, Diego Martinez, who spoke on the development of the works of those pathways.

José Guijarro explained that these works consist of the construction of an asphalt layer of hot, sanitizing the existing pavement prior to the stretch of highway RM-D14, between Elena promenade and the intersection with the RM-D-20 in the The Hermitage Garrobillo, and the section of the D-20, between this and the link with the motorway AP-7.

The head of Highways stated that the budget of these works of pavement strengthening of regional roads and RM RM D14 D20 totaled 126,874 euros.

Meanwhile, the head of the local executive welcomed the arrangement of these roads, while indicating that "the suitability of a priority for the government team, as there are many citizens who travel daily by these roads and their condition was not the most suitable for vehicle traffic, which is why this action has been one of the main demands of the City of Eagle to the Highways Agency. "

Finally, the authorities referred to the work of matching the road that goes from the urbanization of Calarreona the border with the province of Almeria, whose arrangement had been requested by the mayor of Eagles earlier.
