Carmen López Muñoz is the new Queen of the Third Age, after the election that took place last night, during the course of a ceremony held at the Municipal Center "Sicilian Antonio Segura", which featured Mayor Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez The mayor of Third Age, Ana Maria Miñarro, and president of the Center, Juana Gonzalez, among other guests.

After the counting of votes, the result was as follows:

Queen of the Third Age 2012: Carmen López Muñoz.

1st Lady: Rosa La Torre Marcos.

2nd Lady: Carmen Moya Moya.

Miss Elegance: Joan Asensio Franco.

Miss Congeniality: Ana Soto Cervantes

Miss Originality: Mulero Juana Rodriguez.

The outgoing queen, Beatriz Mateo, was responsible for imposing the crown to the new representative of the Third Age.

Then, after the words of greeting from the authorities present at the event, the mayor of Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández, and the new Queen, Carmen Lopez, were in charge of opening a crowded dance which marked the culmination of this magical night.
