New Generations Young People's Party of Eagles will hold a workshop on the work of esparto, which takes place on Sunday 28 October from 10.30 to 13.30, in the Garden of Don Jorge.
Interested participants can register, free, in the Partnerships Fair, to be held during the weekend at the Plaza de Antonio Villas, where the youth association has a stand.
With this initiative, framed within the program of events "October Young", the popular seek help keep alive a tradition that has been linked to the city since its founding, the past becoming a major industry in the town.
The workshop will be taught by two artisans aquiline, that will teach participants to develop "rope" and "recincho" two basic forms of esparto twisted.
From New Generations have wanted to invite all youth to be part of this activity, which undoubtedly help you from getting into a job that involved the livelihood of many families for several years columbines.
