The Councillor of Social Services, Ana Maria Miñarro and President of Red Cross Eagles, Miguel Molina Sanchez, presented the campaign "Now + than ever" to be held in the town throughout the day on Wednesday October 10.
The campaign, which will take place around the country simultaneously, has certain objectives in each of the Spanish cities.
In Eagles, after discussions between the Department of Social Services and the Local Committee of the Red Cross regularly collaborating for several years in the care of people at risk and social exclusion has been mutually agreed to allocate the funds raised to cover school supplies to children of families who do not have the resources to purchase them.
Volunteers of the NGO in the city proper uniform will be located at the crossroads of the main roads of the city and sights such as the Plaza of Spain or the addition Icarus Health Center, where tables will be installed to obtain help and aquiline solidarity and visitors.
In parallel, it has been reported to the directors of the schools in the locality of the end of the campaign, to request turn in their schools the collaboration of students and their families.
