This week has begun the first classes, with all seats covered, and on 30 July, interested can register to participate in which will be held during the month of August.

The City of Eagle, through the Department of Tourism, has organized four thalassotherapy free courses, two of which have been launched this week with all the places covered, due to its high acceptance, it is foreseen that the two remaining take place from 2 to 30 August on the beach of "Las Delicias" (next to Club Nautico) in 8'45 to 9'30 hours and 9.30 to 10'15 hours.

The classes are directed mainly to people over 60 years, offering individual and group forms of treatment, following criteria of fitness.

The sessions are designed with therapeutic exercise and recreational activities in which the amusement of the participants plays an important role.

According to the mayor of Tourism "The aim of these courses is to offer greater benefits of physiotherapy in the sea, while enjoying a workout in a different medium."

Those interested in participating in future courses to be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in August must register on 30 July, enclosing a photocopy of the DNI, in the Tourist Office to complete the squares.
