The municipal groups reach consensus on most regular motions in Parliament in April of Eagles (27/04/2012)

Of the three motions brought to the municipal body, a directly passed unanimously and the other two were raised joint texts.

The consensus reached by local political groups represented in the City of Eagles (PP, PSOE and Mixed) was the predominant feature in most of the motions before the House last night's Ordinary April.

The first, presented by Miguel Antonio Carrasco Cayuela, United Left councilor assigned to the Working Group on the reuse of textbooks, was withdrawn by the said mayor to present a joint motion of the three municipal groups on the same subject , at the request of the government team.

In it, it was stated that, with the crisis, families have many problems in the early going to buy textbooks for their children and governments should ensure equal opportunities and promote the right to education for all children.

In this sense, it is for local government cooperation and promoting the monitoring of compulsory schooling.

Since low-income families find it difficult to educate their children, this administration decided aid in the form of scholarship to serve children from 2 ° cycle of primary education, as education is not compulsory.

These grants consist of school supplies and / or consumable books, so it is never possible reuse.

On the other hand, the Municipal School Board, pursuant to its powers, can set opinions or recommendations for best performance of schools in the town and in this space where recommendations may be made to improve their management and may involve improvements so it was passed unanimously that "the said School Board for an opinion on improving the management of grants in the municipality and school building funds of books."

The second motion, filed by the Municipal Group Socialist and approved directly by the affirmative vote of all attendees, called for the urge regional administration, within its budgetary, meets the third year that corresponds to Tourism Competitiveness Plan "Eagles, Sea and Fisheries", valued at € 325,000.

In this sense, the mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde said that, although it has been requested numerous times to the Autonomous Community of Murcia payment of this amount, the government team had no problem supporting this motion, "showing with that it stands above policies are the interests of the citizens of Eagles ", clarifying further that" the projects undertaken will remain unaffected. "

Finally, Valverde said that the budget adjustments that have led to the default, not the result of recent months, but reflect the economic situation which has led the Socialist government.

Before going to the polls, the municipal government spokesman, Diego Martínez Parra, asked that the future socialist take example of the Municipal People's Party and when planting a motion that will benefit the citizens of Eagle's support, not as they have at other times, as in matters relating to the water, where thought first party interests to the interests of the aquiline.

The third and final of motions carried at regular plenary in April by the Socialist Party, made no reference to the abolition of school bus routes, a motion was rejected by the popular, alternative language proposed in a motion joint emergency by the three municipal political parties (PP, PSOE and Mixed), at the request of the government team.
