The Third Short Story Contest School Eagles already have winners (24/04/2012)

Yesterday Monday, April 23, took out the award, in the commemorative events organized to celebrate World Book Day.

The City of Eagle, through the departments of Women, Education and Culture, organized yesterday an extensive and varied program of activities to mark World Book Day, some events that began at 10:00 hours and lasted until the 22.00 hours, including guided tours of the Auditorium and Congress Hall, a book fair or a short journey through the life and work of authors aquiline, with the participation of: Esther Soto, Juan Jose Navarro, Francisco José Montalbán Felipe Lopez and Bartholomew Muñoz.

One of the most emotional moments of the program was made a posthumous tribute to Antonio Cerdan Married first official chronicler of Eagles between 1974 and 2002, which was attended by numerous local authorities, led by the local chief executive, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez.

The events concluded with the awarding of the Short Story Competition III Eagles, whose winners were to:

Primary Education:

First prize for Diego Calvo Llorca, the school's Rubial, with the story "The Great Bird Risco."

Special mention for Miguel Rojas Aguilar, the school Las Lomas, with the story "A hidden history."

Secondary Education:

First prize for Robledillo Nicholas Palomares, the IES Alfonso Escamez, with the story "Fragments of the past."

Special mention for Maria Isabel Hernandez Robles, IES Europe, with the story "that brings clouds Horizonte land and sea".
