PP cuts in education leave school without transportation to most of the students aquiline (17/04/2012)

The announcement of the Ministry of Education to abolish certain school bus routes has raised a deep malaise in the AMPAS in our region and in the Education Centres.

The Ministry of Education has announced recently the elimination of school bus lines not exceeding 3 kilometers from the school.

This will mean the elimination of most municipalities in the school bus route, which will leave thousands of students from primary and secondary education without school transport, so will the families who have to pay the consequences.

And also the problem of how to move their children to their schools next year.

This is a serious problem that also result in the pockets of parents and in reconciling work and family life.

With this motion, the Socialist Municipal Group requires the City to get involved and ask the Ministry of Education to keep in mind that many parents work and can not take their children to school every day.
