The Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel hosts from Monday until next Thursday, April 19, the Diet Cookery Course XI, organized by the Department of Health and aquiline Consistory and the Diabetic Association of Eagles (ADIA).
The councilor responsible for this area in the City of Eagle, Ana Maria Miñarro, next to the mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde, and the president of ADIA, Juan Carlos Prisons, inaugurated this afternoon gastronomic involving twenty persons belonging to that association, which developed two daily dishes and dessert, led by the chef of that hotel.
Prisons noted that among the recipes that draw up and taste the partners themselves are: tomato and carrot soup, avocado salad and salmon, hake in beer, chicken drumsticks with potatoes, lemon sorbet, graham crackers or sweet orange Apple, among other culinary delights.
Meanwhile, Ana Maria Miñarro has indicated that, as usual, during the course will also provide basic information to participants on: nutrients, diets, special foods for diabetics or how to cope with the disease, among other things of interest.
It is expected that next Thursday at 19'45 hours, the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez Gimenez, closure of this Diet Cookery Course XI, where diplomas are awarded for participation by all attendees.
