The Department of Consumer Affairs launched an information campaign on the official sales period (02/01/2012)

The mayor is responsible for this area in the City of Eagle, Ana Maria Miñarro, has encouraged citizens to shop in local shops.

The Department of Consumer Affairs of the City of Eagle launches an information campaign on the official sales period, which begins today, Monday, January 2nd and will run until March 1.

Through a series of tips, Consumer reminds citizens that "have the same obligations and rights that the rest of the year."

Some of the messages in that campaign are:

Both the discounted price as above must be included on the label.

Keep the receipt or bill of sale as security for a possible return or complaint.

Establishments that allow credit card payments for the rest of the year are required to do so in time without charge reductions on the price.

The articles have to be seasonal and may not have been manufactured exclusively for this period.

The head of Consistory aquiline Consumption, Ana Maria Miñarro, has encouraged citizens to shop in local shops, while reminding them that before any abnormality can go to the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) located on the ground floor of "The Placetón", or call 968 413 661.
