The City of Eagles and the Red Cross signed a cooperation agreement (11/05/2011)

The agreement will enable coverage to continue to play the beaches and rescue at sea, with a contribution of 92 € 266,583, of which € 82,900 will be contributed by the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

During a meeting with the media, Miguel Molina pointed out that "with this agreement, once again, the Red Cross will work with the City in the coverage of beaches, making it available infrastructure, resources and most importantly , the human element, with about 100 people, including professionals and volunteers. "

As the main novelty, Molina noted that this year will be extended assistance in the area of ​​"Cuatro Calas", with a large base in the beach "Calarreona."

Eagles Mayor, Juan Ramírez Soto, said that "the most important agreement is the advancement of the monitoring device on beaches, starting 15 days earlier than usual."
