Will be held every Monday, from 18'30 to 19'30 pm in the IES King Carlos III, entitled "Techniques for relaxation and body awareness."

The Department of Social Services, Senior Citizens, Welfare and Equality of the consistory aquiline and Adult Education Center Eagles (CEA), will launch on Monday a "Workshop on Education for Health."

Under the title "Techniques for relaxation and body awareness," will be held every Monday from 18'30 to 19'30 pm in the gymnasium of the IES King Carlos III.

Course Objectives:

Learn to use body and movement as a means of recognizing emotions and behavior modification.

To present techniques and elements that facilitate relaxation approach to the stress.

Responding to the needs of the adult population to increase the level of welfare.

Educating in customs and attitudes of the population to improve health of body, mind and emotion.
