The Association of Railway Pensioners presented last Saturday the EON Awards, on this occasion, had a new modality: research.
During the ceremony, which was attended by the first aquiline mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, the University Institute for Research in Aging of the UMU and the Association of Psychologists of the Region were recognized.
In the media section, the awards were presented to the newspaper La Opinión, the magazine Salud21 and the radio program La Edad de Oro, as well as journalists Miguel Massotti and Eva Llobel.
They were also awarded, for their links with the Railway Pensioners Association, Carlos Abellán, director of the Railway Museum of Madrid, Paco Sáez, draftsman and illustrator, and the resident of the aquiline residence, Dolores Muñoz.
