This week, Águilas showed up;
a new hiking club created in the locality and that at the moment is integrated by one hundred members, all of them fans to the senderismo, according to advanced his president, Nemesio Pacheco.
"What started as a group of friends that we took advantage of on the weekends to make routes has now become a club with a more stable schedule and a more defined agenda of activities," said the president.
So the first of these outings, which was joined by the mayor of Participación Ciudadana, Luis López, took place in the vicinity of Tébar;
while the next one, which will be held after the Carnival celebrations, will be the participation in the Senderistas Regional Meeting that will take place in Cieza.
