The House of Culture Francisco Rabal hosted yesterday the XXV Carnival of Eagles Literary Awards Contest;
an act that was attended by all the characters of Carnival;
the president of the Peñas Federation, José Alonso;
the mayor of the town, Mari Carmen Moreno;
the edil of Carnival and Culture, Cristóbal Casado and Lucía Hernández, and other members of the municipal corporation.
In the act, presented by Marita Perez and entertained by the aquiline actors Miguel Ángel Cáceres and Ana Jiménez, were winners: Emilio Soler with the prose Luna de Carnaval, Juan Carlos Asensio with the tenth magnificent brew and José Haro with the poetry Al Carnaval de Eagles.
After the ceremony of trophy delivery came the time of the presentation of the official book of Carnival, a publication with a cost of two euros whose benefits are intended for the Caritas.
