On May 13, organized by the Department of Environment of the City of Eagles, organized a day of cleaning of seabed made by the dive centers of the municipality, ZOEA and Dive Center ESTELA.
The activity took place in the commercial port of the municipality starting at 5 pm, in total 20 volunteers who were collecting for an hour the garbage that has been thrown in this place so emblematic.
In all, about 600 kilograms of garbage of all kinds were removed, from grocery shopping trolleys to fishing chairs, car wheels, radios, stairs, etc.
etc.
And especially much glass.
From this City Hall we must thank the disinterested collaboration of these dive centers in the activity, as well as the students of the IES Alfonso Escámez Commercial Activities Training Course who were the ones who designed the poster of the activity with great enthusiasm and Professionalism.
