The second edition of the scientific journals sanitary My life in your hands will focus on traffic accidents (03/02/2017)

The Hotel Puerto Deportivo Juan Montiel hosted yesterday the presentation of the II edition of the National Short Film Competition My life in your hands.

A contest whose theme, unlike last year, will not focus exclusively on cardiopulmonary resuscitation but on any social or health action that, at a given moment, can save a life.

The project Mi vida en tus manos, launched last year by the Ayuntamiento de Águilas, Grupo Alpa and Ambulancias Lorca, aims to link the cinema with the health sector and, as it happened in its first edition, will be developed along with a few days Health sciences centered mainly on traffic accidents.

The central event, to be held on June 10, will include this year as a novelty - a campaign of donation of blood and marrow by the Hemodonation Center announced at a press conference Andrés García, president of the Organizing Committee, and various talks and Lectures ("Design Drugs, consumption and driving effects" and "Transcendence of the attitude of citizens to an accident, what to do and what not to do!").
