The Department of Health of the City of Eagle has launched a new food handler course with extraordinary and intensive nature aimed exclusively at young people.
The course, which began yesterday, have benefited the personnel selected to form part of the staff of Burger King, as well as all those young people who are part of some of the plans for employment and training being carried out in the locality.
The overall objective of the courses is to ensure that all food handlers have adequate training in food hygiene;
also in this case, they serve to respond to a demand of many young people who have requested this title to access jobs in the hospitality sector.
The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, who yesterday visited all participants, encouraged them all to make use of training resources offered from the local administration.
Moreno reminded the young people that training is essential when completing the curriculum.
