The strong wind libeccio, with gusts as high as 20 knots and waves up to three meters, and the difficulty of circumventing Cape Tiñoso and Cope were a real challenge for the crews of 17 ships that Saturday were arriving at the Puerto Deportivo Juan Montiel Eagles, target of the second round and final of the II Regata "Costa Calida" -Big Star Award Levante.
Regatta, in this second round, was coordinated and supported by the Club Nautico de Aguilas, the Marina Juan Montiel, the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena and the City of Eagle and was sponsored by Estrella de Levante and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
On arrival at the port, which was attended by the mayor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, the sailors offered a tasting of delicacies aquiline.
