The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, met yesterday with the president of the Federation of Bands of Murcia, Ginesa Zamora, in a meeting which was also attended by the mayor of Finance, Thomas Cosentino, and Musical Patronage aquiline president, Juan Perez.

After the meeting the mayor announced that Eagles will host the fifth edition of the Regional Contest of Bands, an event "with the growth of gangs and music in our region are encouraged and also attract to the town to a large number of musicians from different parts of the region. "

This musical event, which will take place in the coming months, will involve four bands one being the Musical Patronage aquiline.

Planned, Zamora stressed that "before starting the competition the participating bands perform a parade through the town."
