After the second coordination meeting for the start-up of the CECOVID Águilas, since yesterday the team of trackers begins to monitor the COVID cases in the municipality. With the assistance of Tomás Consentino and María Dolores García, as municipal managers of Citizen Security and Civil Protection and Health and Social Services, respectively, and Enrique Casado, managing director of Area III of Health and Visitation García, responsible for Public Health of the area between Others, the meeting took place in which the Medical and Nursing Coordinators of the municipality's Health Center, Public Health technicians, as well as the head of the Municipal Civil Protection and Emergency Service of Águilas participated together with a representation of the volunteers who will carry out the tracking tasks. Tomás Consentino has expressed his gratitude in a very special way to the team of volunteers of CECOVID Águilas, who are the real protagonists, since thanks to them and citizen collaboration, every day it is closer to achieve control of the pandemic in the municipality. This initiative arises from the interest of working together between the different administrations, joining forces to try to eradicate the pandemic.
