The Popular Party of Águilas demands that the mayor comply with the plenary agreements and develop the Teleworking Plan (21/10/2020)

Soler: "This proposal was unanimously approved by all political groups and at the proposal of the local PSOE the margin was given for the Government of Spain to approve the national law; a month ago the Ministry approved the reform and the plenary agreement remains in a drawer" The spokeswoman for the Popular Party of Águilas, Rosa Soler, has demanded that the socialist mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, not continue to keep motions in the drawer after the unanimous approval of all political groups in plenary sessions and develop imminently the Telework Plan. In the ordinary plenary session last June, the Municipal Popular Group proposed that the Águilas City Council draw up a Teleworking Plan, with the previous consensus of all municipal groups "said proposal was unanimously approved by all political groups, waiting for the Ministry of Labor and Public Function reform the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, as proposed by the local PSOE ", as detailed by the popular spokesperson. "The time has come to adapt to the new times and to allow the family and work conciliation of public employees, and, of course, to move towards a digital and innovative administration, especially in the extraordinary situation in which we find ourselves, faced with the health situation caused by COVID, explained Soler. "On September 23, Royal Decree Law 28/2020 was published in the BOE, which includes the reform on remote work," said Rosa Soler, "therefore we do not understand what the Government team of Mari Carmen is waiting for Moreno, for as it was dictated in the plenary session, to summon the Personnel Commission and the negotiating table to prepare the Telework Regulations in the City of Águilas ". Also, the Popular Party spokesperson added that "the PSOE councilors raised their hands in June and voted in favor of drafting this regulation, but for a month municipal officials have been waiting for her to draft the agreement, in which The participation of the different union organizations of public employees was also agreed, in order to analyze in detail which jobs could be carried out in telework mode ". Rosa Soler has concluded by stating that "we must achieve the perfect balance to offer the best service to citizens, combining it with the conciliation of public employees.

You cannot raise your hand in a plenary session and then forget what was approved, and not give solutions to the workers who are currently demanding these solutions, that and voting against is the same thing.
