More than a hundred people did not attend last week the appointments they had made with the Padrón y Registro (13/10/2020)

The new health protocols imposed by the Covid-19 crisis have made it necessary for municipal services to return to their operation, attending exclusively by appointment.

Thus, all citizens who need to carry out a procedure in the public administration must request an appointment through the municipal website or the telephone number of the City Council to be assigned a date and time to attend the procedure in person."When a citizen obtains an appointment and for some reason he cannot attend, the application itself gives him the option to cancel said appointment so that another person can use it," insist from the City Council.

Unfortunately not all people do it and only during the past week were a total of 111 people who did not come to carry out the procedures for which they were cited in the Padrón and Registry; something that - they insist from the City Council - "is to the detriment of all the people who are waiting to be attended and who could have used those unused appointments".
