Águilas remembers Miguel Ángel Blanco on the twenty-third anniversary of his kidnapping and murder (13/07/2020)

Twenty-three years have passed since the kidnapping and subsequent murder of Miguel Ángel Blanco at the hands of the terrorist group ETA; an event that shook all of Spain and that took millions of people to the streets, giving rise to a new citizen consciousness of struggle: the spirit of Ermua.The City Council of Eagles has wanted to join that memory today and on the street that bears the name of the murdered mayor, a manifesto has been read in memory of all the victims of the ETA terrorist band.
