The Tourism Office of Águilas reopens its doors (29/05/2020)

| Following the prevention protocols of the COVID-19 elaborated by the ICTE and the Network of Tourist Offices of the Region of Murcia | The Councilor for Tourism of the City Council of Águilas, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, has reported that the Tourism Office of Águilas reopens its doors today, adapted to hygienic-sanitary protocols to guarantee maximum safety in the service and according to the guide recommended by the Institute for the Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) and the manual of the Network of Tourist Offices of the Region of Murcia.Starting today, Friday, May 29, it will be attended in the Tourist Office in person from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.

and with telephone and email service from 5:00 p.m.

to 7:00 p.m., Sundays and holidays In-person attention will be from 10:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.For security measures, the brochures have been removed from the self-service area, but they can be downloaded through QR codes and, of course, in the download section of the website www.aguilas.es.

Any paper brochure that the user needs can be provided on request in the counter area.Other measures taken have been capacity limitation, signage to maintain the safety distance, counter partitions on counters, face protection masks and visors for all office personnel, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfecting mat for footwear and a dispenser of numbers for order of attention to the public, as well as the corresponding signage with the rules of access to the office and other necessary indications regarding the use of masks and hydroalcoholic gel.No effort has been spared in taking the necessary measures, so that there is maximum protection against COVID-19, both for office staff and for visitors or tourists.We recall that the Tourist Office has attended throughout the period of confinement by telephone, e-mail, social networks, through the web www.aguilas.es and through the Águilas APP.
