How many infected with Covic-19 coronavirus are there in Águilas? (11/04/2020)

SITUATION REPORT OF COVID-19 IN THE REGION OF MURCIA APRIL 10, 2020

In the Region of Murcia to date of the report, there have been 1,413 confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection.

The first case was declared on March 6 and confirmed as positive on March 8.

As of yesterday, 231 cases are admitted to hospitals in the Region, of which 42 are in the ICU.

58% of confirmed patients are in home isolation.

275 patients have been epidemiologically discharged and 94 deaths have occurred.

The diagnostic tests carried out for the detection of coronaviruses have been 11927. Figure 1 details the number of cases confirmed by COVID-19 in the Region of Murcia from the beginning to April 10, 2020.

Hygienic measures to take at home

Make sure the rooms in the house are well ventilated (at least 5 minutes a day).

Perform daily cleaning, use soap and water for frequent contact surfaces.

Cleaning removes germs, dirt and impurities, it is important that there is a good cleaning before proceeding, if necessary, to a disinfection

Clean from the least dirty areas to the dirtiest areas and from the highest areas of the rooms to the lowest areas.

The areas of special interest in the house are the bathroom and the kitchen.

The surfaces where more attention should be paid are those that are frequently touched: knobs and handles of doors, cabinets, windows, drawers;

railings, handrails, switches, buttons, telephone, telephone, remote controls, surfaces that touch 2 of household appliances, tables, chairs and other furniture, water taps, kitchen utensils, etc.

First of all, cleaning is necessary, otherwise disinfection is not effective.

Subsequently, disinfect the surfaces, mainly those of frequent contact and the bathroom.

It is recommended to use bleach for this step, you can also use disinfecting products with virucidal activity that are on the market (see list of virucidal products published by the Ministry of Health).

Do not mix products, it can be harmful to your health.

If you use bleach as a disinfectant, you must dilute it as follows: mix 20 ml of bleach with 980 ml of water (obtaining one liter), or its equivalent, for example: 10 ml of bleach with 490 ml of water (obtaining 500 ml).

Must be used on the same day of preparation. If you use a commercial disinfectant, follow the directions on the label.

Wear gloves and clothing intended for cleaning.

Use a different cloth to disinfect.

When finished, wash the used materials well and let them dry well.

Wash your hands well with soap and water when finished.

Clothes washing: in general it is recommended not to shake the clothes, use the appropriate program for the fabric.

If the clothes are very dirty, preferably with hot water when possible.

Disinfect or wash kitchen scourers frequently as they can accumulate germs.

Soaking it in water with a few drops of bleach for 10 minutes, rinsing it and letting it dry well, has proven to be effective in keeping them clean.
