Last Friday, the presentation press conference of the III Cycling Tour of Guadalentín 2020 took place at the Infanta Elena de Águilas Auditorium. The test will be carried out in stages of 125 km each and, in it, 144 cyclists will participate in 18 teams of 8 runners each, from the Region of Murcia and from different places in the Spanish geography.

Of all the participating teams, Caja Rural is emerging as the great favorite.

The councilors of Sports of the Town Halls of Águilas, Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras, Cristobal Casado, Irene Jódar and Juan Rubén Burrueco, present, have agreed to point out the "great sporting momentum that this international cycling event brings, inviting athletes and fans to enjoy it. "

from where the cyclists will roll towards the ascent of the Cañada De Alba port, Puerto del Carril, in the arejos, by its most accessible side and Loma de Bas, ending with the great ascent to the castle of Lorca, place from which the next stage will depart to 10 am on Sunday, February 9.

Sergio Martínez, president of the Murcian Cycling Federation, has encouraged "to promote this sport among the little ones so that one day they will become great runners."

For his part, Manuel García, from the Juan Zurano Cycling Club, explained that "the routes cover the characteristics of all riders so that they can show their abilities."
