The mayor of Tourism of the City of guilas, Gins Desiderio Navarro, has released the statistical data referring to the visits received at the Tourist Office in the recently concluded year 2019. Some data that the mayor has valued as "very positive" and which have meant an increase of 7.58% over the previous year from 27,608 people served in 2018 to 29,703 in the same month of the current year.
By countries it has been France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium that have generated the greatest volume of visitors in the Aguilea Office.
With regard to national tourism, Madrid, Catalans and Valencians were the ones who led the information request ranking in 2019.
The statistics also collect the most requested information in the information points, the main demand being the plans of the municipality (31.45%), cultural events (28.10%) and parties and events (17.26%).
