The Department of Public Safety reports that an emergency meeting has been convened this afternoon at 5 pm at the City of Águilas in order to assess the measures to be taken in response to weather forecasts.
It should also be noted that the Ministry of Education of the Region of Murcia has just suspended classes in all schools in the Region tomorrow Thursday.
In this regard, it should be noted that the State Meteorological Agency has increased the alert to red in the Region for rains until Friday.
Rainfall can reach 70 liters in one hour and 200 liters accumulated in 12 hours (red level warning).
The notice will begin at 6.00 on Thursday and will end at the same time on Friday.
After the emergency meeting convened for this afternoon, the measures adopted will be announced.
