Reverte: "We will ask all political groups for public support to the Community of Irrigators of the Navy and the Association of Farmers and Livestock" (30/07/2019)

The Popular Municipal Group will ask today all the political groups that make up the Plenary Session of the City Council of Águilas their public support for the allegations made by the Community of Irrigators of the Navy and the Association of Farmers and Cattlemen of the Field of Eagles.

On the one hand, the request for the City of Águilas to request the Government of Spain, in coordination with the Autonomous Communities and the educational community, to implement a single test throughout the Spanish territory of Baccalaureate Evaluation and University Access (EBAU ) in order to guarantee equal opportunities in the access and admission of all students.

Eagles committed to the sea

Likewise, it will also be proposed that the City Council promote the selective collection of containers in the urban beaches of the town, Levante and Poniente.

In this proposal it is also requested that they be placed, as a complement to the recycling containers that already exist on these beaches with the distinctive 'Blue Flag', striking structures and of special design, that invite and raise awareness about the importance of avoiding waste disposal to the sea, especially plastics.

Likewise, the motion includes that the waste collected in these or other beaches can be reused for future use, making the City of Águilas an example of administration committed to the sea.
