The world of stories will be the protagonist of the seventh edition of A Sea of ​​Letters, the program that from the Department of Culture and Equality has been designed to mark the celebration, on April 23, of the International Book Day in the In addition, the Municipal Library, the archive, the Women's Center, the Adult Education Center, the Cine-Club Águilas, the Primary Education centers and the Auditorium collaborate.
The acts, which will last for a whole week, will start the same day 23 in the Plaza de España with the activity Tales to the love of the grandparents in which the students of Primary Education of the town will participate.
Also for this day is scheduled, in the House of Culture and by the users of the Center for Women and students the Adult Education Center, the continued narration of traditional stories.
Another one of the outstanding acts will be Once upon a time ... colored red with the reading of a traditional story in different languages.
It will follow him, at 7:30 PM. Don Quixote in the kitchen with reading and audiovisual projection.
At 20:00 the presentation of the book "The enchanted one of Tébar and other stories of the Sierra de Almenara" by Pablo Díaz Romero and at 20:30 the musical performance Sing me a story by Pedro Javier Martínez Albentosa and Francisco Pérez.
On Friday 26 will be screened Farenheit 451 within the programming of the Cine Club, while the play Life is dream of Teatro del Temple will be responsible for closing this edition of A sea of ​​letters on Saturday 27 April.
All these activities will be completed with the opening of a Book Fair, in which different bookstores of the town will participate, which will be installed in the Plaza de España on April 27 and 28, as well as with the initiative The book released;
an activity through which books will be left in different parts of the town that can be picked up and read, and then released again.
