The mayor of Local Development, Gins Desiderio Navarro, has reported that the strike in the town has recorded a decline, in March, of 57 people compared to February from 2,288 to 2,231 unemployed, as reflected by the latest published data by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia SEF.
The mayor stressed that the data are clear and reflect a downward trend that is also reflected in the interannual data in March of 2019 also recorded a decrease, compared to 2018, of 144 people.
In this sense, the councilor recalled that, although it is true that the municipalities do not have skills in matters of job creation, what they can is to work to provide incentives to entrepreneurs who want to settle in the locality all the necessary facilities part of the local administration.
