The Águilas City Council has joined the 'Programa Tractor 2019' of the Punto Pyme Network, launched by the Autonomous Community, through the Development Institute, which will allow a total of 30 entrepreneurs to be suppliers to the consolidated companies of the Region that collaborate with local development agencies.
This pioneering program, which will run until May, reinforces the activity plan of the Punto Pyme Network for this year.
The 'Tractor Program' aims to create a network of companies that purchase products and services from these new entrepreneurs, assisted by local municipal development agencies.
Among the commitments of the companies that will integrate the network is to initiate business relationships with emerging companies and actively participate from their purchasing departments in the event of 'networking' to be held within the framework of the program.
In our municipality, 4 "tractor companies" have been selected: Coáguilas (agriculture), Inencope SL (polyethylene collectors), Incofer SLU (construction) and Looije (agriculture), with which a meeting was held in which representatives participated of them, the technician of the INFO responsible for the program, the local development agent of Águilas and the councilor of Local Development and Training.
The recognition of 'Tractor Company' will be held in a final event, with the delivery of distinctions, as merit to a company that supports the growth and development of the regional economy.
For its part, a selection committee, made up of the association of development agents, the Info and the coordinator of the program, will choose the participating entrepreneurs, taking into account the order of registration and the suitability of the entrepreneurial activity, starting from the Entrepreneurs proposed by each municipality.
