AVA warns against accidents by falling rocks on the beach at the stove (18/01/2010)

The Neighborhood Association-AVA Aquilegia Eagles Citizen Forum has sent the City Council concern at the fear expressed by many residents in the area of the stove and place users at the frequency with which they are producing rock falls and land on the aforementioned beach.

In a letter sent to the Mayor of Eagle, AVA presents the risk that these facts can result in accidents with casualties, as occurred in the Canary beach The winks (Tenerife), as told to immediately take measures appropriate "to remedy the existing threat permanently," while calling for an investigation of the landslides occurred "and that, if necessary, to punish the company or individuals found guilty of the same act or omission" .

In addition, the Neighborhood Association Aquilegia will also address the Coastal Authority in the Region of Murcia and the State Coastal Authority, asking both agencies to quickly take appropriate measures to solve the problem once and ensure the physical integrity aquiline and the many visitors who frequent the area affected by landslides.

Finally, AVA also asked Mayor Juan Ramirez's delivery of all information about held by the City of Eagle, as well as the actions undertaken and their outcome.
